How to Place an Order

Placing an order on our website is easy. Simply add the selected goods to your cart, then go to the Cart page, check the correctness of the ordered items and click the "Place Order" or "Quick Order" button.

Quick order

The "Quick Order" function allows the customer to skip the entire order placement procedure. You fill out a form, and shortly after, a store manager will call you back. They will clarify all the order conditions, answer questions about product quality and its features. They will also advise on payment and delivery options.

Based on the call results, the user either, having received clarifications, independently places the order by adding the necessary items to it, or agrees to place it as it is now. They receive confirmation via email or mobile phone and wait for delivery.

If you are confident in your choice, you can independently place an order by filling out the entire form in stages.

Filling in the Address

Select your region and city from the list. If you cannot find your city in the list, select "Other location" and enter your city name in the "City" field. Enter the correct postal code.

Delivery

Depending on your place of residence, delivery options will be offered to you. Choose any convenient method. For more information about delivery conditions, see theDelivery».

Payment

Choose the optimal payment method. For more information about all options, see thePayment»

Customer

Enter your information: full name, delivery address, phone number. In the "Comments to order" field, enter information that may be useful to the courier, for example: entrances in the building are numbered from right to left.

Checkout

Check the accuracy of the information entered: order items, location selection, customer data. Click the "Place Order" button.

Our service remembers user data and order information and will offer you to repeat the data from your previous order next time. If the conditions don't suit you, choose other options.
